This year we have a brand new PTA board! Rebecca Berry is our new President, Kimberly Smith is the Vice President of Administration, and Jan Donkor is the new Treasurer. You can contact any of the board members at any time to help with events, volunteer, or if you have questions or ideas to help us help our Shark community!
MCCPTA 2021-2022 Advocacy Priorities
The Stonegate PTA is a member of the Montgomery County Council of PTA's (MCCPTA). Each year MCCPTA discloses a plan for advocacy pertaining to the school curriculum. Covid-19 response recovery and academics for this year, health, wellness, and school climate, mental health, transportations, ombuds, and other issues as they come up during the school year.
Please read the advocacy priorities, and help get involved with the great efforts that MCCPTA puts forth each year to help initiate change for our children to have a healthy, safe, and great school experience.
Events and Fundraising 2021-2022
The PTA loves hosting great events for our Sharks to have fun together and as a community bond. We are striving to make sure that all events this year will be safe, healthy and FUN for everyone. Please consider taking time to help make our events the best ever by volunteering. Every minute helps us make our children's school experience great!

By joining the PTA as a parent, grandparent, guardian, teacher, or community member you are adding a voice to help the Stonegate PTA work towards the National PTA mission, "To make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children." In order for us to continue this effort we do need active members to help our voices be heard and our community events to shine.
Individual memberships are $25.00; Family memberships (2 members) are $40.00
